Google Calendar is my lifeline; I use it to organize my day, week, and month. It’s also one of the most popular calendar options for millions of Gmail and Google Apps customers, but the problem with the service is it doesn’t have a desktop client. The app lives in the web browser or through an iPhone or Android app.
The Clean Google Calendar Chrome Extension is a nicer looking version of Google Calendar which also launches as a desktop app on Windows or Mac. The design is much easier to use than the web version, and all the same functions are on the desktop app as the web app.
Tell us in the comments below if you’re going to use the Clean Google Calendar Chrome Extension, or use a different Chrome Extension or app to make Google Calendar more useful.
