Nike’s self-lacing shoes hit the shelves December 1

Most people think of ‘Back to the Future’s Marty McFly’ when it comes to self-lacing sneakers. The limited edition shoe was out in the wild earlier this year and one pair ended up selling for $100,000 at auction, which all went to charity.

But now, you don’t necessarily have to be sitting on a pot of gold to get your hands on a pair. Nike will be releasing their self-lacing shoes, aptly named Nike Hyperdapts, to the public on December 1st for $720. You’re still going to need some spare money lying around if you plan to pick up a pair, and for that price, I don’t think I’ll be picking a pair up anytime soon.

Tell us in the comments below if you’ll be picking up a pair of these Nike Sneakers!
