Kickstart a realtime running coach called STEPP

Fitness trackers like the Fitbit, Apple Watch, or others may track your steps or even how far you run. They only track distance, steps taken, flights climbed, and in some cases, they’ll track your heart rate. Their limited data tracking can make tracking running or other workouts hard and annoying. This is what the STEPP Kickstarter’s attempting to fix with their new running tracker, that’s perfect for casual runners, event athletes, to even running coaches.

The tracker uses dozens of different parameters from stride length to swing speed to track running correctly but also suggest improvements to your running. The real-time technique analysis helps you run faster, more efficiently, and safer. The tracker also suggests drills, warm ups, cool downs, and helps you share your runs with friends or coaches.

The Kickstarter has raised $21,000 as of today, and they need $70,000 to fund their project. If you act now, you can grab the STEPP sensor for only $119 which is 40% off retail. Overall it’s a great deal if you catch the tracker before it hits retail stores, but once it hits stores, it’ll become a bit too expensive for a casual runner.

Tell us in the comments below if your going to pick up the STEPP tracker to help you run and improve your workouts! Also, don’t forget to tell them we sent you their way!
