Google is working on it’s new OS called Fuchsia

Google’s software is all based on the Linux Kernel, which means all of Google’s Operating Systems like Chrome OS, Android, and Chromecasts all run off of a Linux-based system, which is fine, but comes with some cons. Although a Linux Kernel is great, It’s not ideal for everything. It’s ideal for operating systems on desktops and mobile devices, but for technology like GPS units and In-car dashboards, It’s not the best. So why is Google doing this? They have multiple platforms with Android, Chrome OS, other devices running different operating systems.

So why is Google doing this? They have multiple platforms with Android, Chrome OS, other devices running different operating systems. The new operating system is supposedly working to combine Google’s Chrome OS and Android operating system, but we’ve had statements from Google reps saying how they aren’t going to combine the two operating systems.

It will hit PC’s and eventually be available for Rasberry Pi 3, but don’t get your hopes up of this ever coming to Mac. We’ll see the future of this soon, and I’m excited to see what Google has in store. Tell us in the comments below what you think about Google throwing their time at another OS!
