The final stable version of Android N or better known as Android Nougat is out for developers. This is the last update before the stable version rolls out ‘later this summer’. Folks who own the Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Nexus 9, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, General Mobile 4G and Pixel C can give the new update a spin.
Android Nougat isn’t a significant refresh for Android. Instead, it’s changing small changes to the OS to make the software easier to use. The updates include minor modifications to the notifications, pull down menu, and brings multitasking to tablets and some phones.
If you have a support device, you can update your phone now, but once again it’s a developer preview. The preview is stable and almost ready to go so you won’t see that many bugs or problems!
