GTA V Sales $800 Million in it’s First Day
Grand Theft Auto V has set a first day sales record on Tuesday with $800 million. It beat Call of Duty: Black Ops II which had $500 million in the first day back in November of last year. The positive reviews of GTA5 are helping everyone go out and buy the newest game on the block. This game was one of the most anticipated games of the year.
The $800 is a worldwide number, but there are still places that have yet to get the game. The game is violent yet is not like the past GTA, where you run around a just commit crimes. The game lets you play mini-games such as tennis, parachute, and much more than past versions. Not only is the game smarter, and the map bigger, but the graphics are something to drool over. At times the game looks like a movie, and I cannot get over how beautiful and detailed everything is. If anyone says video games are pointless they are fast becoming an artform and more intelligent than ever before.
